These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Retronova Sports website and any quotes, samples, or orders for custom teamwear placed with us. By submitting an enquiry, placing an order, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

About us

Retronova Sports provides custom teamwear design and production for sports teams and organisations. Quotes and project details submitted through our website are requests for information — they do not create a binding order until confirmed in writing by both parties.

Quotes and pricing

• Quotes are valid for the period stated in your quote, or 30 days if no expiry is listed.
• Prices are based on the garment types, quantities, decoration methods, and specifications agreed at the time of quote.
• Changes to design, quantities, or specifications after a quote is accepted may affect pricing and lead time.
• We reserve the right to decline projects that fall outside our production capabilities or minimum requirements.

Minimum orders

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we require a minimum of 10 items per order. Sample garments may be available separately; sample pricing does not apply to full production runs.

Design and approval

• We provide design mockups for review before production. You are responsible for checking spelling, numbers, colours, logos, and sizing information before approving.
• Once you approve a design in writing (email or other documented confirmation), you accept responsibility for the approved artwork. We are not liable for errors that were present in an approved proof.
• You must have the right to use any logos, artwork, or trademarks you supply. You agree to indemnify Retronova Sports against claims arising from artwork you provide without proper authorisation.

Production and delivery

• Production begins after design approval and receipt of any required deposit or payment terms as stated on your invoice.
• Lead times are estimates. Typical production is 2–6 weeks from design approval, depending on garment type, order size, and season. Rush orders may be available by request and may incur additional fees.
• Delivery dates are not guaranteed where delays are caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including supplier shortages, shipping disruptions, or incorrect information provided by the customer.
• We ship delivery duty paid (DDP) to customers worldwide, including the United States, Canada, and Europe. The shipping charge on your quote or invoice covers delivery — you will not owe additional tariffs, duties, or import fees on arrival. We do not offer delivery duty unpaid (DDU) terms.
• Guide prices on our website are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise on your quote or invoice.

Payment

Payment terms will be confirmed on your invoice or order confirmation. We may require a deposit before production and balance payment before shipment, unless alternative terms are agreed in writing. Late payment may delay production or shipment.

Cancellations and changes

• You may cancel or modify an order before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations or changes may not be possible and fees may apply for work already completed or materials ordered.
• Custom-made goods are produced to your specifications and are generally not eligible for return or refund except as set out below.

Defects and quality issues

If you receive items with a manufacturing defect or that materially differ from the approved proof, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will review the claim and, where confirmed, offer repair, replacement, or another remedy at our discretion. Normal variation in fabric dye lots, print placement within industry tolerances, or issues caused after delivery are not covered.

Website use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or submit false or misleading information through our forms. Content on this site (text, images, and designs) is owned by Retronova Sports or used with permission and may not be copied without consent.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Retronova Sports is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law. If you are a consumer in the EEA, UK, or another jurisdiction with mandatory local consumer rights, those rights are not affected by this clause where applicable law requires.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Orders in progress are governed by the Terms in effect when the order was confirmed, unless we notify you otherwise.
