Retronova Apparel had the opportunity to manufacture custom kits for Anointed FC, produced for the annual Retronova x The Journey charity soccer match supporting The Mustard Seed.
Anointed FC came to us with their own design, and our job was to bring it to life, matching their vision exactly, including precise logo placements for FHN Foothills Nurseries, PROEDGE Football Academy, and their club crest across both the outfield kit (yellow) and the goalkeeper kit (royal blue). Every detail, from the lightning-bolt sleeve graphics to sponsor positioning, was manufactured to mirror their supplied design with full accuracy.
The final product delivered a bold, high-visibility set built for the pitch, full outfield jerseys and shorts alongside a distinct goalkeeper kit, all finished to match-day standard.
This kit run is part of a bigger story: Anointed FC took the field alongside Retronova FC, our own team, in the 2025-2026 charity match. Retronova doesn’t just supply kits for the cause, we lace up and play in them too.
Retronova FC is our own team, designed and manufactured entirely in-house for the annual Retronova x The Journey charity match supporting The Mustard Seed.
The design draws inspiration from Germany’s national kit, reworked with Retronova’s own identity: the eagle crest, “RN” emblem, wordmark placement, and “Ephesians 6:10-20” printed on the front hem as a nod to the club’s faith-driven roots.
For the charity match, the kit carried sponsor logos including FHN Foothills Nurseries, PROEDGE Football Academy, and Township Cleaning Co. The outfield kit is a clean white jersey with black, red, and gold accent striping paired with black shorts, while the goalkeeper kit is a purple long-sleeve version for contrast on the pitch.
This design is also available as an actual kit drop on the Retronova Apparel site, offered without the sponsor branding.
We’ve been proud partners since 2024, handling everything from brand identity to kit production. We designed their logo and full kit lineup, then brought it to life at scale manufacturing 500+ kits and supplying 500+ kids and young adults with jerseys that don’t just look the part, but actually feel great to wear and play in.
A local club out of Edmonton. We supplied Apollo FC with 42 kits, helping them step onto the pitch looking and feeling like a proper team.
There’s something special about designing for your own school. Father Lacombe is where it all started for us and getting the opportunity to come back and create a jersey for the school we walked the halls of means more than just another project.
We designed and produced a jersey for Father Lacombe Catholic School, and we’re just getting started. We’re looking forward to growing this partnership and outfitting more teams with quality kits in the years ahead.
Retronova Apparel had the opportunity to design and produce custom kits for Uhuru Centaurs FC, a competitive club based in Calgary, Alberta competing in the CUSA league.
We supplied a full set of 22 kits, including both outfield and goalkeeper jerseys, tailored specifically for match performance, comfort, and identity on the pitch. The goal was to create a unified look that reflects the club’s energy, culture, and presence in one of Calgary’s most active amateur leagues.
The final result delivered a clean, professional finish with strong attention to detail across all kits. From field players to goalkeepers, every jersey was made to ensure consistency in fit, durability, and on-field performance.
Working with Uhuru Centaurs FC was a strong step in expanding Retronova Apparel’s presence within competitive local football environments, and we’re proud to see our kits being worn in official CUSA matches.
We don’t just supply kits. We lace up and play in them too. Retronova FC is our own team, and every year we hit the pitch in the annual charity soccer match to raise funds for The Mustard Seed.
It’s one of our favourite things we do. We design and make the jerseys ourselves, and knowing they’re being worn for a cause bigger than the game makes every stitch worth it. Helping bring awareness to poverty alleviation in our community is something we genuinely care about and this is one of the ways we show up for it. Retronova Sports isn’t just a business. It’s a platform to do good.
